Klaviyo is an advanced marketing and analytics platform that specializes in ecommerce workflows. Klaviyo offers the common contact list features that you can use to create and automate email/SMS marketing campaigns, but also provides an event-driven model that allows you to segment contacts and build automations around the past activity of your customers.
Evey integrates directly with Klaviyo to push attendee information to your contact list along with activity of those contacts, such as when they purchase, cancel, or transfer tickets.
Setting up the Klaviyo integraiton in Evey is simple: you just need to get your Public API Key / Site ID from your account settings page in your Klaviyo dashboard.
You can now enable the integration in Evey. Go to Settings -> Integrations, and in the Klaviyo section, enter this key in the “Public API Key / Site ID” input and hit save.
Now, anytime a ticket is created, cancelled, or deleted, you’ll see an event under the profile in Klaviyo for that customer.
With all of this data in Klaviyo, you have the ability to create a segment of customers who have ever held a ticket, as shown here:
Or, you can create a segment consisting of customers who have only purchased a ticket for a specific event, as shown here:
You can even explore metrics and build reports on revenue numbers around these ticket values:
